Medoclav is an antibiotic containing amoxicillin and clavulanic acid. It works by destroying bacteria that cause infections. The clavulanic acid prevents the inactivation of amoxicillin, enhancing its effectiveness against resistant bacteria.

Indicații: Treatment of bacterial infections in children and adults: ear and sinus infections, respiratory tract infections, urinary tract infections, skin and soft tissue infections including dental infections, bone and joint infections.

Dozaj: Adults and children weighing at least 40 kg: 1 tablet three times daily. Tablets should be swallowed whole with water at the beginning of a meal or immediately before eating. Doses should be spaced at equal intervals during the day with at least 4 hours between doses. Do not exceed 2 weeks of treatment without medical review. For children under 40 kg or with renal/hepatic impairment, consult a physician.

Compoziție: Amoxicillin 500 mg (as amoxicillin trihydrate) and clavulanic acid 125 mg (as potassium clavulanate). Excipients: microcrystalline cellulose, sodium starch glycolate, colloidal anhydrous silica, magnesium stearate, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, propylene glycol, polyethylene glycol, talc, titanium dioxide.
